It was a short weekend in Dalat where i had a chance to go into nature. Seeing Dalat in different way. Driving motobike for 135km.
I planned to wake up early in the morning for a day trip driving a motobike into mountain. But sleep in after having a heavy week with many things to handle.
A day trip started late at 7:30.
The Route go to nature
Rout 1 - Dalat City to "Đồi Cỏ Hồng Lạc Dương" - 20km
From the center of Da Lat - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street - Ankroet Street - TL722 to Suoi Vang Bridge and then "Đồi Cỏ Hồng Lạc Dương.
The majority of the journey follows a stunning road that stretches north from Dalat, immersing you deep within the embrace of pine forests, majestic mountains, and lush jungles. This path remains pleasantly devoid of heavy traffic while embracing captivating panoramas.
As you venture in the northwest direction from the heart of the city, the road skirts around Suoi Vang Lake, where numerous lakeside barbecue huts tempt you with sizzling meats and the tantalizing aroma of cơm lam, a sticky rice dish cooked inside bamboo stalks.
The scenery unfolds in its picturesque charm, and the travel feels effortless.
Monkey ho stork is a project of Cu Lan Village located on the way to Lac Duong district, but due to the epidemic for 2 years, it has been closed until now
Yet, it's upon reaching the northern shores of the lake that this route truly dazzles. Beyond the countryside-themed amusement park of Làng Cù Lần, the road carves its way through dense pine groves that drape the violet-hued ridges, extending as far as the eye can fathom. The air carries a crisp coolness, infused with the fragrance of pine, while the soft rustling of their needles orchestrates a gentle symphony in this expansive landscape. Remarkably, this stretch forms a part of the Trường Sơn Đông Road, a thoroughfare tracing its path northward to central Vietnam.
Nevertheless, this particular segment remains unfinished, culminating after crossing a captivating river approximately 70 kilometers north of Dalat. Despite being a (rather lengthy) one-way venture, the experience proves its worth, given the breathtaking vistas, the opportunity to swim in the river's inviting waters, the sheer joy of unhindered riding, and the rare solitude on the road. Just ensure you're well-equipped with sufficient fuel, as the only refueling point is the village of Đưng K’Nớ.
Dalat, the city with typical climate in Vietnam
Đà Lạt is a popular tourist destination located in the central highlands of Vietnam. It is the capital of Lâm Đồng Province and is situated at an elevation of around 1,500 meters (4,900 feet) above sea level.
The city is known for its temperate climate, which is quite different from the typical tropical climate found in most of Vietnam. Due to its mild weather, Đà Lạt is often referred to as the "City of Eternal Spring."
