Watching fishermen in the coastal area
Fishermen in the coastal areas of Da Nang city have a unique fishing profession, which many people call "net pulling and retracting"
Every day, in the early morning or evening, fishermen gather in groups to go out to sea to cast their nets and catch aquatic products by using a technique known as "net pulling and retracting" on the beach. Each group consists of 10 to 16 people, depending on the length of the net, which ranges from 600 meters to 800 meters.
The fishermen carry the nets on baskets or boats and lower them from the shore into the sea, forming a circular shape. They slowly pull in the net and bring the two ends of the net together to collect the aquatic products in the bottom of the net, including fish, shrimp, squid, and crabs.
The profession of net pulling and retracting has contributed to improving the livelihoods of coastal fishermen in Da Nang. It is also a unique traditional profession and cultural aspect of the fishermen in the Central region.

Not only Vietnamese youth, but nowadays, foreign tourists also enjoy and frequently traverse the Hai Van Pass when traveling from Hue to Danang and vice versa.

I am seating inside the restaurant when writing this post. This is a good place to have breakfast/lunch and still enjoy the beach. This restaurant is a new one here with good decoration, a little western style.
I suddenly find this nice bar when driving back bike to the apartment. I was impressive with the music and especially it lands next on the beach. It’s really nice place to hang out next to the sea.
It's truly delightful to sit at the bar during the evening, sipping on a cocktail or a glass of wine. Personally, I prefer locations with a beautiful view, creating a serene atmosphere for enjoying a drink while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. I find it incredibly relaxing, with great music and friendly staff to enhance the experience.
Breadnsalt is my best favourite coffee shop in Danang, near My Khue Beach where i normally stay when visit danang. It has a big building. They have modern decoration and the design is attractive. Drink here is good as well.
